WARRANTY POLICY
Here's what you need to know about our Warranty Policy:

All motorcycles include a Nationwide 1-year / 12,000 mile (whichever comes first), factory parts warranty on the entire motorcycle including all electrical and electronic parts. Exclusions are tires, brake pads, chain & lights. This does not include labor.

Should you have a warranty claim or any questions, feel free to contact our Service Department who will address any problems you may encounter. You can reach us at sales@secycles.com

Note: Repairs should be performed by local E bike or motorcycle repair shops, or experienced self educated mechanics.
