Here's what you need to know:

• If your motorcycle has not been shipped, or we are unable to fulfill your order, you can cancel at anytime without penalty.

• Once the arrangements of your shipment have begun, and assigned a tracking number, your bike is considered purchased. ​

• If for any reason, you refuse the delivery, a 10% motorcycle restocking fee & all shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

• We do not accept returns for motorcycle purchases. If you are experiencing any problems, our Service Team will be ready to assist you by your reaching out to service@secycles.com or by calling (714) 714-0420 to speak to a team member.
